Leveraged in-depth market research to understand user needs and the competitor landscape.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams (engineering, design) defining the product vision, roadmap, and Product requirements. to bring the product to life. I prioritised the development of the MVP to validate the problem, and core functionalities and gather user feedback.

Metrics

The Podily MVP was launched and tested with a group of 102 users.
We actively collected and analysed user feedback on the MVP's accuracy, user experience, and performance.
